Whole Wheat Waffles

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 ½ cups The Farmer’s Cow Milk
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 3 cups whole-wheat flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat your waffle iron to medium-high heat.
- Whisk together The Farmer’s Cow eggs and milk, butter, honey, cinnamon, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
- Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt and whisk together just until the large lumps disappear.
- When the waffle iron is hot, spray it with non-stick cooking spray, and then ladle some batter onto the center of the iron. Cook according to the waffle maker’s instructions, or until the waffles are golden brown.
- Top with pure maple syrup and fruit. Enjoy!
