Uncle Art’s BIGGIE Omelet

Yield: Serves 10-12 

Ingredients

• 18 The Farmer’s Cow Fresh Eggs
• 1 cup Sour Cream
• 1 cup The Farmer’s Cow Fresh Whole Milk
• 1-2 teaspoons salt, to taste
• 1/4 cup chopped green onion
• 1/4 cup diced ham, crumbled cooked bacon, or breakfast sausage

Directions

• Heat oven to 325 degrees.
• Melt butter in a 9x13x baking dish in the oven. Tilt pan to coat bottom with butter.
• In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk, and salt until blended.
• Stir in onion and ham or bacon, and pour into pan.
• Bake until eggs are set but still moist. About 35 minutes.
