Uncle Art’s BIGGIE Omelet
Yield: Serves 10-12
Ingredients
- 18 The Farmer’s Cow Fresh Eggs
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup The Farmer’s Cow Fresh Whole Milk
- 1-2 teaspoons salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup diced ham, crumbled cooked bacon, or breakfast sausage
Directions
- Heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Melt butter in a 9x13x baking dish in the oven. Tilt pan to coat bottom with butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk, and salt until blended.
- Stir in onion and ham or bacon, and pour into pan.
- Bake until eggs are set but still moist. About 35 minutes.
