Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes (about 3 large or 6 small sweet potatoes)
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 The Farmer’s Cow large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup The Farmer’s Cow milk
- ½ cup melted butter
Streusel
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the first 6 ingredients and stir to blend thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into a buttered 1 ½ or 2-quart casserole dish.
- Mix the streusel ingredients together and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until hot and lightly browned.
