- 2 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups The Farmer’s Cow Milk (whole or 2%)
- 1 tbsp real maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 oz espresso or 1 cup strongly brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup The Farmer’s Cow Milk for frothing
Directions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Cook, whisking constantly until the mixture starts to steam.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a blender.
- Cover, hold the lid on tightly, and blend for 15 seconds or until frothy.
- Make the espresso or strongly brewed coffee
