Farmstand Korean Strawberry Milk
Fresh strawberries, a little sugar, and The Farmer’s Cow milk come together in this pretty, café-style strawberry milk. The secret is simple: mash the berries until jammy, then pour in cold milk for those perfect pink swirls. It’s a fun, farm-fresh treat that celebrates milk in the most delicious way—no syrup, no fuss, just real ingredients.
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and diced (about 10–12 medium)
- 2–3 tbsp granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 2 cups The Farmer’s Cow whole milk, cold
- Crushed ice
- Optional add-in: 1–2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash strawberries with a fork until mostly crushed but still a little chunky (think “jammy,” not smooth). Add the desired amount of sugar and vanilla and stir to mix. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes to macerate.
- Spoon 1 to 2 tbsp strawberry mixture into each glass, add ice, and top with the remaining strawberry.
- Pour cold The Farmer’s Cow milk over the strawberry base. Stir once or twice for a beautiful swirl, or fully mix for a uniformly pink drink.
- Taste + adjust: Add more strawberry base if you want it fruitier, condensed milk for added creaminess, or a splash more milk if you want it lighter.
