Farmhouse Egg Salad
The Farmer’s Cow hard cooked eggs are the star of this creamy classic kicked up with ham, fresh dill, and flavorful mustard.

Ingredients
- 6 The Farmer’s Cow hard cooked eggs
- ½ cup diced ham
- 1 rib celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup red or sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp Dijon or spicy brown mustard
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp pickle juice (dill or half sour)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Seasoned salt to taste
Instructions
- Peel and chop the eggs with an egg slicer or mash with a potato masher to desired consistency and place them in a medium bowl.
- Add ham, celery, onion, dill, mustard, mayo, and pickle juice. Stir well to combine.
- Season to taste with pepper and seasoned salt.
- Serve on lettuce leaves or in a sandwich.
