Maple Walnut Overnight Oatmeal


  • 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (heaping) rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup The Farmer’s Cow Maple Milk
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Wisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Close and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight before eating.


  • Drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons real maple syrup
