- 1 cup Farmers Cow Whole Milk
- 1/2 dozen Farmers Cow Fresh Eggs
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 slices of thick cut bread
In a mix bowl mix together the milk, eggs, sugar and cinnamon. Heat a skillet to medium heat, submerge the bread in the batter and fry in the skillet until golden brown for about two minutes on either side.
Serve with butter, warm maple syrup and a glass of Farmer’s Cow apple cider.
