Ben Dubow is executive chef/general manager at Bistro on Main, Manchester CT. He also coordinates the MACC chefs Culinary & Hospitality Training Program for the Manchester Area Conference of Churches (MACC Charities), which provides hands-on job readiness training to people in our community facing barriers to employment.
