Adam Young is the Head Pastry Chef and Proprietor of Sift Bake Shop, a French-focused bakery located on historic Water Street in Mystic, CT.
Adam has worked in New Orleans, Washington DC, Florida, and most recently was the Executive Pastry Chef at Ocean House Hotel & Resort from 2010 until he left in 2016 to open Sift. Adam and his team take great pride making everything fresh daily, with a focus on quality ingredients and unique flavors.
